Lots of side stories during working on this project, at least, for us. I remember there was one time, that I, took a grab from home in 10 minutes to our office at Unilever building, just to ask for a quick direct meeting with the guy from brand team in order to discuss about some unexpected changes. That was just one of a few moments like that during the time of this project.

This project was done by Sang Huynh, Robo and Floral from our Homecaristas team. However, due to the change at that moment, Hieu Phung and me, we were tasked to continue this project with our new ACD - sis Thien Huong. That was when the challenge began I would say. Pretty interesting with conversations in the discussion group of this project. We also welcomed new account team where Tuan Vu and Song Giang had played quite an important roles in communication with client side. New but smart and calm. A moment to remember was during a meeting for the microsite scope, I was surprised with Tuan Vu characteristics as an account, vibrant; active; quite shy but eager to express his opinion. I immediately knew he should be well equipped with good knowledge and would be a fit for that microsite scope. No doubt about that. And when we reunited at Mekong agency, it was good to have him as the account of my project.

I did not have that much information about the first round of the creative presentation. I was told it went well, but still need some more explorations according to the brand team. The guy was new too. I had never seen him before at Unilever, but, guess what, we used to work for THP brand. What a coincidence. By the time I worled on energy drinks of the brand from agency side, he worked on other products of THP brand from brand side.

The direction for this microsite was approved pretty fast, just in 1 round. However, lots of problem started to happen until the final day of this scope. There were some moments that we, creative team, actually dropped this project off... but still, we had to take care of it at the end of the day.


The tiktok challenge UGC
This Tiktok scope was a real challenge, worse than what happened with microsite scope where I definitely was unhappy with management people. From design, music, to animation; things just went wild. Hieu Phung did tried lots of ways of design to meet requirements but still failed. The team suddenly had to welcome new designer, new art director without any notices to the current team. For me, that is a sign of disrespect. Many different version continued to be created by different people which I totally respected. That was the visual. How about the music? That was fun to hear our recommended musician had been rejected because assuming that he could not create a viral hit. And many other technical feedbacks like that. But life goes on.

For this project, I was not able to join shooting since I had a plan with my Bang Lam to move to our new home on that day. Nothing could stop me from that activity. It was so important for us. Big thanks to Mikeo for helping me with the shoot. I was told that we even had our business director on set that day too.





With the support from director Minh Nhat and producer Tan, I did not worry about the day that much. Luckily, nothing serious happened. Also, Floral portraited a solid and tough image of herself during working solo on this project. I hope the experience from this project maybe another good foundation for her career path.
